If you have a special Japanese product which are very memorial or valuable for you, we try to fix it.

You ship us the items , we send it to the manufacture and ship it back to you.

We believe it is difficult to visit Japan to repair your Japanese product.

Repair takes days and you have to negotiate in Japanese.

And also it might be very expensive, in that case you will give up.

It is not effective on visiting Japan for repair.

We can handle it for you as a substitute.

We talk to manufacture, arrange repairing and send your item back to you.

It will take weeks or months and it might be expensive.

But you don’t have to come to Japan.

If you really want to repair your special Japanese product, please let us know.

The repair process is as follows:

Some your items might not be able to repair, but it is no problem.

When the repair fee is expensive, you can cancel your repair.

In that case, we just charge shipping and some arrangement fee.
